SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We will ship products to you using a method of our choice, in most cases this will be Canada Post. Shipping rates are:
Orders up to $75.00 - $7.95 shipping fees applied
Orders over $75.00 ship free
We only ship within Canada
We will do our best to process orders within 3-5 business days and then please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
Tracking will be sent to the email address provided to us by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We only accept returns for the purpose of an exchange or if the product is faulty. Product must be returned unworn, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges will NOT be given on product that does not meet this criteria.
Return shipping is at the customers expense and should only be initiated with prior approval to do so, in writing, from us. We are not responsible for shipping errors or lost items on the return portion of the shipping.
Once the item has been received by us we send an exchange if that has been agreed upon.
